HOW TO DELETE ONLINE BANKING AND MOBILE BANKING APP ACCOUNTS

To make a request to remove your online banking app accounts and related data, follow the instructions below.

Steps to Delete Your SSSCU Online Banking Apps

If you wish to delete your Online Banking and Mobile Banking App Account and related data, please send an email request to support@silverstatecu.com with the following information:

  • Subject line: Delete Online and Mobile Banking App Accounts.
  • The best phone number to contact you by.

One of our Member Service Representatives will be in touch with you to confirm the request is valid and initiate the process.

Please note that when your online account is deleted after you submit this request:

  • You will no longer be able to log in to the SSSCU Online Banking and Mobile Banking Applications.
  • SSSCU will delete all associated data held in our digital and internet banking system.
  • Any activity you previously set up within Online Banking or our Mobile Banking App will be disabled and/or deleted. This includes real-time account alerts, Bill Pay payments and payee info, External Transfers to other people or accounts, Cross Member Transfers, and scheduled or recurring transfers, as well as any history for any of these services. When we contact you for verification, we will review specific impacts to you based on the features you use.
  • Your accounts will remain active, and your accounts transaction history will remain in our main system history as long as your accounts are open.
